Generally, if you take the time to analyze why, you will find that the hardscape of the good-looking properties is well designed and nicely developed plus the landscaping is well married to those basics.

Good bones consist of well-designed and carefully planned hard materials that are in full partnership with the dimensions of the property. Hardscape, the bones, consists of the three-dimensional form of the property plus constructions that include patios, decks, walls, swimming pools, drives and walkways. ‘
