This home sits on 3 acres in the city of Ladue. The scope of the home sites needs included a massive drainage and erosion problem.

Removal of Invasive Plants
The project required the removal of a heavy infestation of the invasive Honeysuckle plant on much of the property.
A New Path to the House
Because of the drainage issues on the property, a new driveway also had to be custom made.
Walkways and Paths
The project also included landscaping the property to be easily navigated on foot.
Professional Level Irrigation System Installed
A new Irrigation system was needed to maintain the new lawn.

Great Traditional Aesthetic Look
Initially, we measured all the elevations on the property and engineered the drainage and erosion solutions that were both acceptable to the City of Ladue and still allowed for the great aesthetic look needed for the traditional architecture of the home and surrounding neighborhood.
